Standard Features

Large pane square or diamond leaded windows and fully glazed doors. Two top hung half opening windows. Locking doors. Spirit based timber treatment throughout.

Options Available

Georgian style windows and doors with ‘antique’ style door fittings (with Georgian style, opening windows open their full length). Toughened glass. Pressure treated floor bearers.

Rear height (internal): 6’2” (1.85m).
Front height (internal): 7’4” (2.24m).
Doors: 4’ (1.22m) wide double doors.
Cladding: A choice of 12mm tongue and grooved deal, cedar shiplap or 15mm deal logroll.
Framing: 33mm x 45mm deal.
